This notice covers lizdexdigital.com, the LizDex Digital website. LizDex operates from Dallas County, Texas, and offers local and online business services within the United States. Send privacy questions or requests to info@lizdexdigital.com.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks about your business, the work you need and how to reach you. This includes your business type and name, website or public profile if you have one, operating area, project goals, selected services, relevant project details, contact name, email and timing. Phone number, budget and additional context are optional.
Your unfinished answers stay in the page until you choose Send project inquiry. Submitting sends them to LizDex for project review and a reply. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Please leave out passwords, payment details, identity documents, health information and customer records.
If you contact LizDex by email, the mailbox receives your email address, message and any information you choose to include.
Website and security providers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website, stores submitted inquiries and sends inquiry notifications to the LizDex mailbox in Zoho. Requests to these services can include your IP address, browser information, requested page and technical connection data.
Cloudflare Turnstile provides the form's security check. It processes browser and connection signals to detect bots and improve its detection service. LizDex verifies the result before accepting an inquiry and does not save the challenge token. Read the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
The website requests Lato fonts from Google Fonts. Google receives the network information needed to deliver those fonts. See Google Fonts privacy information. Email processing is also subject to Zoho's privacy policy.
These providers process information for the services described here and, where their policies explain, for their own security and service purposes. The website also uses technical error reporting and temporary abuse-prevention counters. The inquiry database does not store raw IP addresses in those counters.
Cookies, browser storage and tracking
This website does not use advertising pixels, marketing analytics or session replay. Cloudflare security services may use essential browser storage or cookies when required to check requests. Blocking these services can prevent the inquiry form from completing; you can use the email alternative.
The fictional Atelier study saves a sample service, practitioner, date and time in browser-tab storage only when you save a demo selection. It creates no real appointment and sends no booking to LizDex. Choose Clear demo selection in the study to remove it. Browser session restoration can retain tab data after a window is closed.
You can manage cookies and site data through your browser. The website does not use inquiry answers to personalize advertisements or add you to an email list.
How long information is kept
The website database is configured to remove inquiry copies older than 30 days. Cleanup runs periodically, so processing delays or a service interruption can delay removal. This does not delete the separate notification or correspondence in the Zoho mailbox.
Our policy is to remove unsuccessful inquiry correspondence six months after our last project-related exchange, through regular mailbox reviews. Correspondence about an active or completed project, a dispute or a legal record may need to be retained longer. Technical logs and provider recovery copies have separate lifetimes. Backup history may retain deleted database records for a limited recovery period. A request to remove your information is reviewed across the relevant copies; records may need to be retained where required by law or an ongoing project.
Your questions and requests
Email info@lizdexdigital.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you sent. Include the email address used and, if available, your inquiry reference. Please do not send identity documents or other sensitive information with the initial request.
LizDex may need to verify that a request relates to you before disclosing or changing records. Applicable privacy rights and exceptions depend on your location and the circumstances. A privacy request does not subscribe you to marketing.
The form is for business inquiries and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, use the same contact address.

The date above identifies the current notice. Changes to the website's data use will be reflected here.
